Carina careers

Carina is a two-sided healthcare marketplace focusing on home care aides (caregivers) and their Medicaid in-home care clients (adults and children with developmental disabilities and low income elderly population). With 8,000 people turning 65 every day in the U.S., there are not enough qualified, trained workers to care for the exponential rise in older adults and folks with disabilities needing care. Our product provides accessibility, transparency, and exposes great liquidity in the largest market for home caregivers and their clients in the country. Our aim is to improve the lives of home care aides and the vulnerable populations they support. We are currently in product beta right now with plans to serve the entire Washington Medicaid home care market and beyond in 2017. Carina is a mission-based start-up.
