Sr/Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a passionate Frontend Engineer to develop, design and build our platforms for our Berlin Office.

Technical skill set:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model,
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Proficiency in web-based technologies, such as HTML and CSS
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Jasmine
• Familiarity with Git
• Proven ability to author clean, standards-compliant code
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS Modern React patterns (hooks)

Bonus points for

• Understanding of web and application security
• Agile methodologies (preferably kanban)
• Jest with react testing library
• Notions of Atomic design approach
• Storybook experience
• Tailwind or utility first css
• Previous component library experience
• JAM stack: gatsby / graphQL
• Azure Devops
