Bilingual Virtual Care Nurse

As a Virtual Care Nurse, you are responsible for providing care on an on-demand virtual care platform that League members can trust and turn to for their health and wellness related questions.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Liaison between League members and various health care providers to help League members achieve optimal health
• Draw on your knowledge of the Canadian health care system to educate and assist League members navigate through the complexities of the system
• Help build clear processes and protocols to address member needs
• Help deliver a best-in-class virtual care experience for League members
• Proactively reach out to members regarding past visits, including those who are at high risk for chronic health issues
• Provide expert health guidance within the Registered Nurse scope in both English and French

Required Education / Certificates / Experience

• Experience working in a team environment
• Minimum 3 years in a Nursing - preference given to primary care or emergency setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BsCN)
• Experience with triage
• Tech Savvy a plus!
