Job Description:
The VP Investor Relations position plays a pivotal role in our growth strategies. The VP works closely with the firm’s partners on fundraising strategies, screening limited partners and managing investor relations. Ideally, the VP will lead the firm’s investment relations function across multiple global regions.

Minimum Qualification:

• 2+ years hands-on experience engaging impact investing venture capital LPs
• Knowledge of the LP ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills
• Good grasp of the VC asset class
• Insight into the requirements of the various types of LPs
• Knowledge and experience of impact investing LP engagement cycle and closing process
• Ability to articulate Xecced Ventures’ value proposition to LPs
• Tertiary level education from an institution with close ties to Silicon Valley, but not necessary
• Passionate about impact investing.

Preferred Qualification:

• Existing network of LPs would be advantageous
• Exposure to deep tech start-up investing is preferred.
