CTO, co-founder

We are looking for a CTO to lead the development and lead the company's technological vision.

We are a small start-up, with the aim to open an office in the United States after fund raising completed.

We are looking for someone highly-technical, able to plan and execute the product development, lead the team and as passionate as us.


Current Tech Stack:

- Python + Django + Flask
- Deep Learning stack (Tensorflow, PyTorch, Caffe)
- React.JS
- Docker, Kubernetes
- MongoDB
- AWS, GCP
- Git


What we offer:
------------------------------------------
- Location: US office once fund raising done / 100% remote ok
- Flexible working hours, but we require having at least 6h overlap with GMT timezone
- Salary: negotiable, after funds raised
- Equity: negotiable, up to 15%



Responsibilities:
------------------------------------------
- Hire, form and manage the future dev team
- Help expand the team
- Hands-on development on either front end, back end, DevOps, Deep Learning depending on your skills / where we are
- Deep understanding of the product and managing the development in milestones to be defined together
- Strategic inputs on both tech to use and product features


Experience:
------------------------------------------
- 5y+ experience in Software Engineering
- 5y+ experience in hands-on development
- 2y+ experience managing teams

- Experience in managing large projects while working in iterations

- Beneficial: experience as CTO with another startup or in roles which show you will be able to transition into a CTO position quickly


- Beneficial: as much experience with machine/deep Learning as possible :)

Technical Skills:

- Experience building web apps, from design to production
- Expertise in at least 2 of these:
Software Architect
Backend development in Python / Django
Frontend development in React
DevOps
Deep Learning deployment
API design
