Reports to: Director of Operations
Responsibilities include and are not limited to
- Manage the reservations for our Indonesia Co-living locations.
- Revenue management for our Indonesia Co-living locations.
- Keeping PMS & OTA's up to date, answering emails and inquiries.
- Provide customer service to all reservations
- Support our Sales and Marketing departments to create strategies to attract new costumers and increase our number of reservations and occupancy
Requirements
- Excellent level in both written and verbal English.
- Good customer service skills.
- Hospitality background. (hotels, tour companies, restaurants, etc..)
- Understanding of PMS software, channel managers, OTA optimization, and best practices of revenue management in the hotel environment.
- Past experience in front desk or customer service positions
- Understanding of the co-living product
- Solution-oriented, highly resourceful, with exceptional follow-through
- Able to deal effectively with conflict and manage difficult customer situations
- Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities
- Willing to be based in Bangkok, Thailand
