Hiring for Business Development Executive/Inside Sales Executive
Location - Remote

Job Description:
BeatRoute is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing Lead Generation Team (Inside Sales). This position will be responsible for the execution of the lead generation program and shall nurture outbound lead campaigns for BeatRoute's SaaS platform.
The Right Candidate Will:
• Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
• Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email and social touches
• Meet or exceed qualified lead quota every month
• Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
• Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission
Qualifications:
• Ability to speak with CEOs, Head of Sales, Head of IT at Mid-sized and Large Enterprise businesses and ask intelligent questions
• 1-3 years of inside sales or cold calling experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
• A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
