Clinia is seeking a highly motivated Co-Founder with a proven track record of success in sales, who will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of our company. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO/Founder and CTO to develop and implement sales strategies, build and manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Build and manage a sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting sales and setting goals.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the business.
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
Analyze data and provide sales intelligence to the sales team and the rest of the company.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership
Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of the medical field and the specific services the startup will offer
Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
