Software Engineer

Customers gain a continuously improving AI workforce on a subscription basis, giving them scalable, reliable automation that adapts to evolving business needs.Role Description The Software Engineer will work on-site in Atlanta, GA in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product, data, and operations teams to build and maintain AI-powered applications and embedded agents. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing backend services and APIs, integrating AI models into existing enterprise workflows, and ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and scalable. The role involves writing clean, testable code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing performance across distributed systems. The Software Engineer will also participate in technical design discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and help refine engineering best practices as the company grows.Qualifications Strong software development skills in modern languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java) and experience building production-grade services or microservices.Experience with backend frameworks and APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Node.js/Express) and integrating with REST or GraphQL endpoints.Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker; Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines; infrastructure-as-code tools).Familiarity with AI/ML integration and data workflows, including calling LLM APIs, handling data pipelines, and monitoring model performance in production.Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and designing efficient schemas and queries.Strong debugging, testing, and code quality practices, including unit/integration testing, observability, logging, and metrics.Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in fintech, lending, or compliance-focused systems is a plus, as is prior work in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
