About the job

This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

Tulip, the leader in AI-native frontline operations, is helping companies around the world equip their workforce with composable, connected apps, leading to higher quality work, improved efficiency, and end-to-end traceability across operations. Tulip's cloud-native, no-code platform, powered by embedded AI, is driving the digital transformation of industrial environments through composable, human-centric solutions that go beyond disrupting the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) category.

A spinoff out of MIT, Tulip is headquartered in Somerville, MA, with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Israel and Japan. Tulip has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast award winner, one of Energage's Top Workplaces USA, and one of Built In Boston's “Best Places to Work” and “Best Midsize Places to Work.”

About You:

  • You know manufacturing and operations in regulated life sciences, and you believe there's a better way to run them
  • You communicate clearly with everyone, from the shop floor to engineering managers to executives
  • You're meticulously organized, you prioritize well when things are ambiguous, and you spot risks before they become problems
  • You're curious about AI-first delivery and excited to help shape what it looks like at a fast-growing SaaS company

What skills do I need?

  • 5+ years of experience delivering projects for regulated life sciences customers (pharma, biotech, or medical device), in project or program management, manufacturing operations, consulting, or customer success
  • Strong working knowledge of regulated quality systems and compliance frameworks, including GxP, ISO standards, and 21 CFR Part 11
  • Experience building and running detailed project plans (scope, milestones, owners, timelines) across internal teams, partners, and customers at multi-site, multi-region organizations
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including leading project meetings, driving decisions, and giving executive-level updates to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Nice to have: Lean / Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP certification, plus familiarity with change control and validation in regulated environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with cross-functional teams and customers, from scoping and quoting through go-live
  • Partner with customers and internal experts to define requirements and what success looks like
  • Work on-site with customers (about 25% travel) and guide them through their manufacturing digital transformation
  • Keep information and communication organized so teams can stay focused on the work
  • Understand the technical details well enough to manage risk and escalate when needed
  • Help improve how Professional Services delivers, including building out new AI-assisted workflows

Key Collaborators:

  • Customers and Tulip's partners
  • Internal customer-facing technical teams
  • Sales and commercial leadership
