Behind every resume is experience worth communicating well. We’re building MiPrep.ai to help candidates bring that experience into their interviews with greater clarity and confidence.

MiPrep creates personalized questions and answer preparation from a candidate’s background and the role they’re pursuing. Candidates can rehearse aloud, review feedback and access interview support through its AI copilot.

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Recruiting Coordinator to contribute to the product’s development. You’ll work with teammates across product, design and engineering to turn ideas into useful experiences.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a growing AI product, alongside opportunities to learn through collaboration and practical problem-solving.

What You’ll Work On

• Coordinate hiring: Keep role details, candidate stages and next steps organized.
• Schedule interviews: Arrange calls, send clear instructions and reduce delays.
• Support candidates: Answer process questions and keep communication timely.
• Maintain records: Track decisions and feedback accurately in hiring tools.
• Improve the process: Spot bottlenecks and suggest simpler recruiting workflows.
