Job Overview

Behind every resume is experience worth communicating well. We’re building MiPrep.ai to help candidates bring that experience into their interviews with greater clarity and confidence.

MiPrep creates personalized questions and answer preparation from a candidate’s background and the role they’re pursuing. Candidates can rehearse aloud, review feedback and access interview support through its AI copilot.

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Community Operations Manager to contribute to the product’s development. You’ll work with teammates across product, design and engineering to turn ideas into useful experiences.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a growing AI product, alongside opportunities to learn through collaboration and practical problem-solving.

What You’ll Work On

• Support members: Help candidates participate in MiPrep’s learning and feedback activities.
• Plan events: Coordinate webinars, practice sessions and community discussions.
• Manage workflows: Keep calendars, moderators and follow-ups organized.
• Collect insights: Summarize recurring candidate questions for product and content teams.
• Measure engagement: Track attendance, participation and useful outcomes.
