Job Overview

Behind every resume is experience worth communicating well. We’re building MiPrep.ai to help candidates bring that experience into their interviews with greater clarity and confidence.

MiPrep creates personalized questions and answer preparation from a candidate’s background and the role they’re pursuing. Candidates can rehearse aloud, review feedback and access interview support through its AI copilot.

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Social Media Manager to contribute to the product’s development. You’ll work with teammates across product, design and engineering to turn ideas into useful experiences.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a growing AI product, alongside opportunities to learn through collaboration and practical problem-solving.

What You’ll Work On

• Plan the calendar: Build platform-specific posts around interview challenges and candidate questions.
• Create content: Produce concise scripts, captions, carousels and short-form video briefs.
• Engage the community: Respond to relevant comments and learn from candidate conversations.
• Test formats: Try different hooks, examples and calls to action without losing clarity.
• Review performance: Track reach, saves, clicks and signups to improve the next week.
