Job Overview

Behind every resume is experience worth communicating well. We’re building MiPrep.ai to help candidates bring that experience into their interviews with greater clarity and confidence.

MiPrep creates personalized questions and answer preparation from a candidate’s background and the role they’re pursuing. Candidates can rehearse aloud, review feedback and access interview support through its AI copilot.

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Content Marketing Specialist to contribute to the product’s development. You’ll work with teammates across product, design and engineering to turn ideas into useful experiences.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a growing AI product, alongside opportunities to learn through collaboration and practical problem-solving.

What You’ll Work On

• Plan useful content: Research interview questions and job search topics candidates care about.
• Write and edit: Create clear blog posts, guides, scripts and landing page copy.
• Adapt formats: Turn one useful idea into social, email and website content.
• Maintain quality: Check facts, examples, tone and calls to action before publishing.
• Measure results: Review engagement and conversion to improve future content.
