Job Overview

Behind every resume is experience worth communicating well. We’re building MiPrep.ai to help candidates bring that experience into their interviews with greater clarity and confidence.

MiPrep creates personalized questions and answer preparation from a candidate’s background and the role they’re pursuing. Candidates can rehearse aloud, review feedback and access interview support through its AI copilot.

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Product Manager to contribute to the product’s development. You’ll work with teammates across product, design and engineering to turn ideas into useful experiences.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a growing AI product, alongside opportunities to learn through collaboration and practical problem-solving.

What You’ll Work On

• Define product priorities: Turn candidate feedback and business goals into a clear roadmap.
• Write requirements: Describe user problems, acceptance criteria and success measures for new features.
• Study behavior: Use product data and interviews to understand friction in preparation workflows.
• Coordinate delivery: Work with design and engineering to scope, test and release improvements.
• Measure impact: Review adoption, retention and feedback to guide what the team builds next.
