Your Dream Job (General)

Open Application

Don't see your role listed? We're always looking for exceptional people who are passionate about turning excess into impact.

Simpli is building the end-to-end platform for enterprise product donation — helping the world's leading brands redirect excess inventory away from landfills and into communities in need. The problem is massive ($163 billion in excess inventory destroyed annually), the mission is urgent, and we need people who think beyond job titles.

Who This Is For

If you have a skill, perspective, or experience that you believe could accelerate Simpli's mission — even if it doesn't map to a posted role — we want to hear from you.

Past general applications have led to roles in:

• Data science and analytics

• Marketing and brand strategy

• Government and policy partnerships

• Nonprofit consulting

• Product design and UX

• Finance and fundraising

What to Include

In your application, tell us:

• What you'd do at Simpli — be specific about the problems you'd work on or the value you'd create

• Why now — what about Simpli's current stage and mission resonates with you

• What you bring — the skills, experiences, or perspectives that make you uniquely suited

The best applications are honest, specific, and show you've thought about how you'd contribute — not just that you want to.

Why Simpli

We're a small team solving a big problem. Every person we hire has an outsized impact on the company, the product, and the communities we serve. If that sounds like the kind of place where you do your best work, tell us what you'd bring.
