Management Trainee

About the Role:

We are seeking two high-energy Sales & Marketing Executives to work from our flagship RS Puram office. Candidates will connect with prospective clients, understand their event vision, manage lead pipelines, and drive key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Sales: Conduct outbound sales calls to qualify leads, understand corporate, wedding, and social event requirements, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Multilingual Client Communication: Build rapport with clients across different regions in Tamil Nadu and beyond.

Analytics & Reporting: Maintain client databases, track call logs and conversion rates, and generate weekly sales performance reports.

Sales & Marketing Alignment: Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign leads and follow up with promotional offers.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Strong command of spoken English, Tamil, and Hindi is essential.

Location: Based in or comfortable commuting daily to our RS Puram office.

Skills: Professional phone etiquette, strong negotiation skills, clear speech, and comfort using spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets).

Target Qualifications: Open to freshers and graduates from BBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, or related streams.
