What will you do as a Graphics Account Manager at Sealed Air?

As a Graphics Account Manager I, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping translate their artistic and technical printing requests into solutions that align with Cryovac Graphics’ capabilities. You’ll use your knowledge of printing processes, product lines, and packaging requirements to ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and reflected in the finished product. By partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help deliver high-quality graphics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and build strong customer relationships while supporting Cryovac’s marketing, sales, and manufacturing goals.

Why do we need you?

  • Support Cryovac’s marketing, sales, and manufacturing objectives by representing the business in customer communications and contributing to customer-focused teams and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cryovac Graphics teams and other internal partners to resolve requests outside current offerings and ensure graphics meet technical, aesthetic, and print-quality standards.
  • Provide timely updates on artwork requests and communicate customer requirements through detailed work instructions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare Material Master Specification Sheets and other documentation to support order production and printing processes at manufacturing facilities.
  • Research, document, initiate, coordinate, and expedite customer requests throughout every stage of the process.
  • Advise customers on cost-saving opportunities related to graphics and finished goods, while ensuring requests align with printing capabilities and customer expectations.
  • Balance multiple customer accounts, prioritize workloads, and coordinate requests to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Manage customer accounts as the primary point of contact, providing professional and technical support that strengthens relationships and creates value.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Understanding of technical printing capabilities and finished-product quality expectations.
  • Ability to translate artistic and technical printing requests into clear specifications and actionable requirements.
  • Knowledge of graphics, printing processes, and packaging requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment; bilingual communication skills are valued.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address customer challenges and coordinate effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, coordinate requests, and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey customer expectations, technical details, and project updates.
  • Strong customer service and account management skills
