About the job

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and Test new web pages (servlets and jsp’s) for multiple customers
Develop and Test new web services for multiple customers
Maintain existing Java code for multiple customers
Ensure related documentation is complete and maintained in a timely fashion
Develop technical specifications based on Solution Summary documents provided by Business Analysts
Research customer problems referred by technical support
Build and Deploy Customer software to local environments
Maintain internal Java tools for building and deploying software

Qualifications:

Object Oriented Programming experience including working with servlets and java server pages
5 + years experience with writing SQL queries and working with databases
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Work at the corporate headquarters in Tallahassee, FL
5 + years experience utilizing HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with the Public Safety sector (Corrections, Law Enforcement)
Experience working with Subversion source control product
Experience working with Eclipse IDE
