  • Monitor purchasing activities and expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets and procurement policies.
  • Coordinate with finance, accounting, operations, and other relevant departments to confirm purchasing requirements and resolve procurement issues.
  • Track orders, monitor delivery progress, and follow up with suppliers regarding delays, discrepancies, damaged goods, or incomplete orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, quotations, purchase orders, approvals, and procurement transactions.
  • Review supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, delivery reliability, service, and cost efficiency.
  • Support contract administration, renewals, and supplier documentation processes as required.
  • Assess procurement risks, identify potential supply-chain disruptions, and communicate concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure procurement activities follow applicable laws, internal controls, conflict-of-interest requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare procurement reports, spending summaries, supplier comparisons, and other purchasing-related analyses.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows, improve documentation, and strengthen purchasing controls.
  • Perform other procurement and vendor-management duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience managing suppliers, purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
  • Ability to evaluate costs, compare proposals, and make decisions based on established purchasing criteria.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, expense monitoring, and procurement approval procedures.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, office applications, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential commercial and financial information responsibly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
