Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights, build reports and dashboards, and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Use SQL to query databases and extract relevant information.
• Analyze business trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements in data quality.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Present analytical findings and actionable insights to management and relevant teams.
• Support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data cleaning.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good understanding of data validation, reporting, and statistical concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with Python for data analysis using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting, business performance analysis, and dashboard development.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms or large datasets.
