Sales Development Representative

Commission only, independent contractor (1099). No salary.

Similar to an SDR or cold caller role, remote, and you set your own hours.

Bellemark Studio is a brand new company that builds the digital front desk for local businesses: professional websites, 24/7 chat assistants, lead capture, missed call text back, review requests, business email, and AI receptionists. We help owners stop losing customers to missed calls and slow replies. A portion of every sale goes to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

The job
You call local business owners and book demos with the founder. That is the whole job. You never quote prices and never handle contracts. Between booking and the demo you can send a confirmation, a reminder, and answer basic questions. The founder runs the demo, the quote, and the close.

Pay (commission only, no salary)

30% of the setup fee on every client you book ($150 on our smallest package)
The rate rises up to 40% on our largest packages
A share of the client’s first 3 months
Bonuses as you book more clients

What we expect

About 50 calls a day and 1 to 2 demos a week
You set your own hours and work from anywhere
Calls are recorded
You log every call the same day

Experience helps but is not required. We train you.
