THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with strong expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, enterprise integration, solution architecture, and LaunchDarkly. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable AI solutions and integrating them with enterprise platforms using modern API, event-driven, and DevOps architectures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and lead AI Agent architectures using LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Architect enterprise integrations using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms.
- Define technical solution architecture, governance, security, scalability, and engineering standards.
- Lead integration of AI/LLM solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Establish observability, monitoring, performance, and reliability standards.
- Drive modern DevOps practices, including LaunchDarkly, feature flags, CI/CD, automated deployments, and release strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams to drive architecture and implementation decisions.
WHAT YOU BRING
Must Haves
- Strong experience in AI Agent Architecture, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Integration Architecture, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Proven experience in Technical Solution Architecture and Architecture Governance.
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, scalability, and distributed systems.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with LaunchDarkly, including feature flags, feature management, progressive delivery, and release controls.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to have
• Introduced Azure Machine Learning models for predictive maintenance and quality anomaly detection, and piloted Azure OpenAI for natural-language querying of production KPIs and maintenance logs.
• Built the API Management and REST integration layer for plant systems, Grafana and Angular / React UIs; used feature toggles for staged plant-by-plant rollouts; implemented Entra ID, MSAL, Microsoft Graph and Defender for Cloud remediation.
