Are you someone who loves clean data, smart system logic and solving problems behind the scenes? Join us as a Data Team Member supporting our Home Emergency operation. You’ll keep our CRM and operational systems accurate and up to date, so our teams can make the right decisions for customers every day.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
✅ Add and maintain client property listings, and client, region and contractor records in the CRM
✅ Clean, validate and upload data using Excel
✅ Maintain contractor details, trades covered and service areas
✅ Update workflows, business rules and decision-making logic in operational systems
✅ Test and validate system changes before go-live
✅ Create case records for ad-hoc and additional cover billing
✅ Investigate data discrepancies and system issues
✅ Support teams with reporting, MI and analysis
✅ Suggest improvements that boost efficiency and customer outcomes

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 6+ years in CRM administration, data management or operational systems support (insurance / home emergency / claims background is a plus)

🔹 Hands-on CRM administration experience
🔹 Analytical and problem-solving mindset
🔹 System testing and troubleshooting skills
🔹 Clear communication and stakeholder management
🔹 Ability to work accurately under pressure

⭐ Understanding of Home Emergency or insurance operations
⭐ Knowledge of system workflows and business rules configuration
⭐ Awareness of Data Protection, GDPR and Consumer Duty principles
