Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects, manage resources, engage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery within established timelines, budgets, and organizational objectives.

📍 Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid — minimum 3 days onsite per week

🕒 Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate project teams, vendors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
Manage change control, contracts, resources, and project deliverables.
Conduct gap analysis and root cause analysis to identify risks and recommend improvements.
Track project performance, milestones, and key metrics for PMO reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and agency guidelines.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of formal project management experience.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and familiarity with PMI’s PMBOK Guide and Standards.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, LSSBB, or CSM certification.
Graduate degree in Project Management, MBA, MPH, or a related field.
Experience in state government, regulatory environments, or service-oriented organizations.
