VECTRA International is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to work closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and support our global recruitment activities.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Assist with recruitment activities across multiple job openings.

Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other global job boards.

Research job boards and identify effective candidate sourcing platforms.

Review resumes and support initial candidate screening.

Update and maintain candidate records and job openings in Zoho Recruit.

Coordinate interviews and keep candidate tracking records up to date.

Support the recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to research, identify, and engage potential candidates.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment tools is an advantage.

A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
