Finance Controller

We are currently hiring "Finance Controller" for a fast-growing logistics-tech company.

This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a clear growth path into the CFO position.

Experience Required: 6–8 years post-CA (preferably in ecommerce logistics, last-mile, express, or fulfilment)

Core Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
Strong command of Indian GAAP / AS / Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, statutory audit & internal controls
High-volume reconciliation & revenue assurance ownership
Proven track record in leakage recovery, working-capital gains, and measurable savings
Strong compliance orientation, integrity, and stakeholder management
Ability to manage statutory audits, tax audits, GST filings, and internal controls end-to-end
