Part-Time Software Engineer (Remote)

About the Job

Keygate is an open-source, self-hosted software licensing platform and an alternative to Keygen and Cryptlex.

It supports subscriptions, perpetual licenses, trials, floating licenses, usage-based metering, Stripe payments, and team seats. Keygate already has real users, and I'm looking for developers interested in helping maintain and improve the project.

What You'll Work On

• Triage issues, review PRs, and fix bugs
• Improve features, test coverage, stability, and deployment experience
• Help maintain documentation and respond to community feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience with billing, licensing, access control, or self-hosted software
• Previous open-source contribution or maintenance experience

How to Get Started

If you're interested, take a look at the repository and recent issues to see if it's a good fit:

• GitHub: https://github.com/tabloy/keygate

Contributions of all sizes are welcome. I'd love to connect with developers who want to help move the project forward!
