You'll make an impact by:
- Developing and managing annual program and campaign roadmaps aligned with business, sales, marketing, and global portfolio priorities.
- Leading campaigns from strategy through execution, including launch planning, activation, stakeholder engagement, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Translating complex automation, digitalization, cybersecurity, and regulatory topics into clear customer-focused value propositions and market-facing content.
- Creating scalable enablement materials, including presentations, webinars, playbooks, solution guides, technical content, and customer-facing assets.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams to ensure successful campaign execution and adoption.
- Monitoring program effectiveness and using performance insights to improve future initiatives and drive business outcomes.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, campaign management, product or solution marketing, sales enablement, application marketing, technical business development, or related industrial environments.
- Experience translating complex automation, motion control, digitalization, or regulatory topics into customer value propositions and sales activation plans.
- Strong project management experience, including planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and reporting.
- Experience developing technical and commercial content such as presentations, webinars, training materials, solution guides, whitepapers, and sales enablement assets.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% throughout the Americas.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, or industrial automation customers.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, motion control, drives, software, digital engineering, industrial cybersecurity, or related technologies.
- Experience leading technical awareness, product launch, regulatory readiness, or sales activation campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, learning technologies, digital content systems, and campaign reporting tools.
