• Position: Software Test Engineer (Clarify CRM)
• Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA (3 days/week; only local candidates)
• Experience Required: 7+ years in software testing
• Domain: Telecommunications BSS/OSS
• Interview: May require face-to-face (FTF) interview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test strategies, and test cases for BSS/OSS applications
• Validate end-to-end order journeys and workflows in Amdocs Clarify CRM
• Perform functional, integration, regression, interface, and API testing
• Use SQL queries for test data validation and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure complete test coverage
• Conduct root cause and log analysis to identify system defects
• Track and manage defects using Jira, HP QC, or similar tools
• Prepare detailed test reports and quality metrics
• Utilize AI-powered testing tools for improved efficiency and quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software testing experience
• Mandatory, hands-on Clarify CRM experience
• Strong knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and processes
• Proficient in SQL and database validation
• Experience in API, interface, integration, and regression testing
• Experience preparing test plans and strategy documents
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Experience with AI tools in software testing

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Experience in telecom CRM migration/modernization projects
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Work Arrangement

• Must work onsite in Atlanta, GA, at least 3 days per week (local candidates only)
