Inside Sales Representative- Software Sales

Role Description & Responsibilities

Drive growth across the North America Business HUB by helping organizations transform how they design, produce, and operate through virtual twin experiences. Serve as a trusted partner to customers while advancing regional priorities and performance.

• Execute territory and account strategies aligned to Business HUB growth objectives
• Convert regional market opportunities into qualified pipeline and revenue
• Position the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio to address customer business and industry challenges
• Collaborate across brands and HUB functions to deliver coordinated go-to-market execution
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery through close, onboarding, renewal, and expansion
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to support HUB performance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of full-cycle software sales experience
• Able to work in a Dassault Systemes office on a hybrid schedule
• Experience selling enterprise, Cloud, or SaaS solutions
• Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Possesses strong cross-functional collaboration and account planning skills

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $79500 and $93500, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
