Project Manager

Omega Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering projects on schedule and within budget — while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer delight — coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams, and serving as the key point of contact for Owners, Architects, and Engineers at every stage.

What You'll Do

• Own the full project lifecycle: preconstruction estimating and buyout through closeout (RFIs, warranties, as-builts, O&Ms, and punch list)
• Manage the submittal process, write subcontract agreements, and maintain budgets, change orders, and accurate cost projections
• Lead development of project schedules, quality control plans, and subcontractor start-up meetings
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Architect and Engineer
• Partner with field management and safety leadership to develop and implement job-specific safety plans
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to keep work progressing on schedule and within budget
• Mentor assistant project managers, project engineers, and co-op/intern students
• Build meaningful, "trusted" relationships with Owners, Architects, and industry partners

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, etc.)
• 5+ years of construction industry experience (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and engineering/architectural documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with industry software such as Microsoft Project, Viewpoint, Bluebeam Revu, Timberline Estimating, and AutoCAD a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of responsibility, ownership, and integrity
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
