We are a robotics-native contract manufacturer helping hardware companies scale from prototype to production at our factory in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our initial focus is automated assembly for robots, drones, and other intelligent hardware.

The role

Assemble, inspect, and test the electromechanical products we build for customers. You’ll work closely with our engineers to improve the build process and help teach robots assembly tasks.

What you’ll do

• Assemble products from drawings and work instructions, including mechanical assembly, wiring, crimping, and soldering as needed.
• Run inspections and functional tests, document results, and flag defects or unclear instructions.
• Help troubleshoot and rework assemblies, improve instructions, and keep parts and tools organized.
• Support fixtures, test setups, and assembly demonstrations with the engineering team, following safe handling and ESD practices.

What you’ll bring

Careful workmanship and hands-on experience assembling or repairing hardware through work, technical training, or substantial personal projects. You should be comfortable with hand tools, assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and basic electrical testing. Reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication matter; prior robotics or ML experience isn’t required.
