Job Overview

Behind every resume is experience worth communicating well. We’re building MiPrep.ai to help candidates bring that experience into their interviews with greater clarity and confidence.

MiPrep creates personalized questions and answer preparation from a candidate’s background and the role they’re pursuing. Candidates can rehearse aloud, review feedback and access interview support through its AI copilot.

We’re looking for a curious, motivated AI Engineer to contribute to the product’s development. You’ll work across user interfaces, backend services and integrations, helping turn technical ideas into useful experiences.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience with web development and AI product engineering, alongside opportunities to learn through collaboration, code reviews and practical problem-solving.

What You’ll Work On

• Develop AI solutions: Assist in building and integrating AI models, LLMs and intelligent features into real-world applications.
• Optimize AI performance: Evaluate model outputs, improve accuracy, reduce latency and enhance the reliability of AI-powered workflows.
• Work with data: Prepare, clean and process datasets to support model development, testing and evaluation.
• Build AI integrations: Work with AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines and automation workflows to develop scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate on improvements: Work with engineering, product and design teams to test, refine and deploy AI-powered features that improve user experiences.
