Job Title: React.js Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in
developing responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate
should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end
development practices.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
● Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
● Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar state-management tools.
● Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous requests efficiently.
● Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and optimized code.
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
● Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
● Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and resolve production defects.
● Participate in code reviews and follow front-end development best practices.
● Write unit tests and maintain code quality.

Required Skills
● 4–6 years of professional experience in front-end development.
● Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
● Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
● Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state-management solutions.
● Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
● Knowledge of React Hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable components.
● Familiarity with Git and version-control systems.
● Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
● Knowledge of front-end performance optimization and debugging.

Good-to-Have Skills
● TypeScript.
● Next.js.
● Jest, React Testing Library, or similar testing frameworks.
● Build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
● Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Candidate Profile
