Marketing Consultant

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground channels
• Lead PR efforts: media outreach, press releases, and thought-leadership content
• Engage and reach out to channel partners (insurance companies, brokers, intermediaries) through targeted communication and co-marketing
• Create partner-facing collateral such as decks, case studies, and campaign kits to support the sales team
• Drive customer engagement campaigns that encourage people to use their vision benefits
• Manage agencies and creative vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
• Track campaign performance and use insights to improve future campaigns

REQUIREMENT

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or PR.
• Hands-on experience planning and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Working knowledge of PR, including media relations, press releases, and content for external publications.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messaging for different audiences.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Data-driven approach, with the ability to track and report on campaign outcomes.
• Willing to work as an individual contributor and take ownership end to end.
