Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in manual and automation testing of retail digital applications across mobile, web, and backend/API services. The ideal candidate will have experience validating end-to-end retail workflows, global applications across multiple regions and languages, and automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end testing of retail digital applications across web, mobile, and backend systems.
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
Validate REST APIs, backend services, integrations, and data flows.
Test applications across multiple regions, countries, languages, devices, and browsers.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and release validation testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support deployment readiness.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and distributed teams in an Agile environment.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other SDLC activities.

Required Skills

8+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering experience.
Strong understanding of end-to-end retail workflows and retail digital operations.
Experience with manual and automation testing.
Proficiency in at least one automation framework: Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.
Experience with REST API and backend testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
Experience testing mobile and web applications.
Experience with global applications, localization, or internationalization testing across multiple regions and languages.
Knowledge of regression testing, defect management, and release validation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and SDLC processes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
