About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Analytics Manager to lead a team of
analysts and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate
has a strong background in data analytics, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of
delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Strategy & Execution: Translate business problems into analytical solutions and drive
• strategic decision-making with data.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide insights that drive results.
• Project Execution: Lead and execute end-to-end analytics projects, including requirement gathering, data extraction, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Insights & Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommend actions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical techniques and predictive modelling to solve complex business challenges when needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or client facing roles.
• Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
• Strong understanding of full stack data technologies on Data Engineering, Analytics, BI and AI domain

*Preferred Qualifications: *

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power
• BI, Looker, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical
• stakeholders.
