About the job

Overview

Are you curious, enthusiastic about infrastructure, and ready to solve complex challenges in the Frontier AI era? Join us as a Solution Engineer - Infrastructure supporting commercial customers at Microsoft.

In this technical sales role, you will help customers design secure, scalable, resilient, compliant, and sovereign cloud architectures that support their modernization and Frontier AI transformation goals. You will guide organizations through modernization and migration while translating technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes.

As a Solution Engineer - Infrastructure, you will bring deep technical expertise across Azure infrastructure, including Azure Virtual Network (VNet), subnets, private networking, Private Link, multitenancy, tenant consolidation, managed identities, role-based access control (RBAC), firewalls, network security groups (NSGs), Microsoft Entra, storage, backup, load balancing, redundancy, Azure landing zones, Azure Arc, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), and AI landing zones.

You will conduct customer discovery, prioritize and validate use cases, design architectures, and deliver proofs of concept and custom demonstrations. You will work directly with technical and business stakeholders to help customers modernize their platform estate, including hardware, software, applications, databases, security, and networking.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will guide customers through technical decisions involving Azure solutions and deployments. You will apply expertise in migrating core workloads, including Windows, Linux, and Oracle, to Azure and help customers modernize through migration strategies, containerization, and Azure-native services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). You will also explore how agentic AI and tools such as Microsoft Copilot in Azure and GitHub Copilot can accelerate transformation.

You will complement this expertise with knowledge of hybrid and cloud-native networking, including virtual networks, virtual private networks (VPNs), secure routing architectures, and partner solutions that enable secure, optimized, and scalable environments.

This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business acumen, strengthen your technical and selling skills, and expand your expertise in solution design and deployment. This is predominantly a remote role with 0–25% travel.
