About the job
We are seeking a strong Project Manager based in North America to drive the successful delivery of a Workforce Timekeeping Program. The role will oversee the integrated project plan, milestones, and dependencies, coordinating other supplier partners, responsible for business requirements, and partner, responsible for technical delivery.
The ATLAS Plant PM SME is a plant resource with proven experience leading structured, disciplined projects at the site, who partners with the ATLAS Team to bring project management rigor and discipline to the rollout, while also validating how proposed processes and system configuration (where applicable) will function in the real day-to-day operating rhythm of the plant.
Responsibilities include:
Identify operational risks, gaps, and change-management needs, drawing on experience managing the site day-to-day
Bring project management rigor and discipline to the ATLAS effort — reinforcing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log discipline, milestone/schedule tracking, change control, and governance/status reporting cadence
Provide the ATLAS Core Team practical insight into how the plant actually runs day-to-day — shift patterns, staffing, production schedules, how disruptions/exceptions are typically handled, and provide critical inputs into reporting requirements
Enable the ATLAS team to build reporting that supports quick escalation of issues and roadblocks, and provides visibility into project successes and failures.
Represent a cross-functional, whole-plant perspective during configuration and testing, connecting Operations, Payroll, HR, and Labor Relations needs
Selection criteria:
Broad, trusted relationships across Operations, Payroll, HR, and Labor Relations to quickly source answers and build consensus
Track record navigating real-world disruptions/exceptions and coordinating a disciplined, plant-wide response
Key Responsibilities
• Own the integrated project plan, milestone tracking and delivery governance.
• Hold both vendors accountable for agreed deliverables, timelines and quality.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation, with clear handoffs and acceptance criteria.
• Proactively resolve risks, issues and cross-vendor dependencies; escalate decisions promptly.
• Coordinate business and IT stakeholders through testing, deployment and go-live readiness.
• Provide concise leadership updates on progress, risks and corrective actions.
Required Experience
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs involving multiple vendors.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and escalation skills.
• Ability to challenge delivery commitments, resolve conflicts and drive accountability.
• Experience with workforce management, timekeeping or HR technology implementations preferred.
