IT Support Specialist (Remote)

About ISFY

ISFY (iSellForYou) is a sales company based in Miami. Our phone sales team of about 400 agents recovers abandoned carts for US ecommerce brands, and we are building a US sales marketplace for independent sales reps. We are growing fast and we need one person to keep everyone's tools working.

What you will do

• Be the help desk for our ~400 agents and our US team: fast, friendly, clear answers
• Create and manage accounts in Google Workspace (users, groups, passwords, 2-step verification)
• Fix laptop issues (Windows and Mac): setup, updates, remote support
• Solve VoIP and dialer problems (audio, headsets, logins, call quality) together with our vendors
• Run onboarding and offboarding: accounts, devices, access on day one, everything closed on the last day
• Keep basic security in place: strong passwords, 2FA, device checks, phishing awareness
• Write short how-to guides so the same question is not asked twice

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in IT support or help desk, ideally for a call center, BPO or remote team
• Hands-on with Google Workspace admin, Windows and Mac
• Experience with VoIP / cloud dialers (Aircall, RingCentral, Five9 or similar)
• Clear written and spoken English; patient with non-technical people
• Organized: you track tickets and close them
• Based in the Philippines or Asia, able to cover US business hours in part
