About the Role:
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade backend services that are fast, reliable, secure, and scalable.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of services across their entire lifecycle from architecture and development to deployment and production support. You’ll collaborate with the engineering team to make thoughtful technical decisions, solve complex problems, and build robust systems that support our evolving product and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency, highly scalable backend services.
• Own the full service lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following SOLID principles and established design patterns.
• Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and technical reviews.
• Build and optimize APIs, database interactions, caching strategies, and asynchronous processing workflows.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment workflows.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance, reliability, and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality software.

Requires Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Good system design skills, with an understanding of distributed systems and low-latency, high-throughput architectures.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, caching mechanisms, and message queues.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write production-ready code and take ownership of services beyond development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Go (Golang) or experience building backend services using Go.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools, including metrics, structured logging, and distributed tracing.
• Familiarity with security best practices and secure backend development.
• Experience working with high-throughput systems or performance-sensitive applications.

Compensation:
The budget for this role is INR 10–15 LPA (Annual CTC). We request candidates to apply only if their salary expectations align with this compensation range.
