About the job

At Orange Logic, we’ve been solving complex content challenges for over two decades—driven by innovation, curiosity, and a passion for impact, our intelligent Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Orange Logic Platform, empowers organizations across industries to manage, access, and leverage their digital assets more effectively. We’re not just building powerful software—we’re building a team of bold thinkers, collaborators, and problem-solvers who care deeply about delivering real value. The Senior Project Manager owns the complete customer journey at Orange Logic, driving implementation, solution adoption, ongoing client success, and retention. As the single point of accountability for assigned enterprise accounts, you will lead end-to-end project execution and build strong strategic partnerships to ensure clients achieve maximum value from the Orange Logic platform.

Your Role at Orange Logic:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations from sales handoff through discovery, testing, training, and launch.
  • Manage comprehensive project governance—including scope, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and change management—across both initial deployments and continuous account growth.
  • Scope custom enhancements and integrations alongside technical teams and manage change requests.
  • Own ongoing account relationships with executive sponsors, administrators, and key stakeholders post-launch.
  • Drive success plans setting agreed outcomes, adoption targets, and action items to ensure long-term platform value.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate adoption, ROI, support trends, and growth goals.
  • Monitor account health using usage data and feedback; execute proactive recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Orchestrate internal resources across Support, Engineering, and Product to proactively address technical challenges and resolve escalations quickly.
  • Identify and capture strategic expansion opportunities, collaborating with Sales to deliver value-add enhancements, integrations, and services.
  • Ensure renewal readiness by consistently demonstrating value and proactively mitigating retention risks.
  • Refine delivery methodologies, maintain accurate account insights, and provide leadership and guidance to fellow team members.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise software implementations, client delivery, and strategic account management in a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field (STEM, Engineering)
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scope management, budgeting, risk management, and change control.
  • Experience leading customer meetings and business reviews, managing executive stakeholders, and connecting product adoption to measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities, balancing implementation deadlines with ongoing customer needs and expansion work.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the judgment to handle difficult conversations and follow through on commitments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions with technical teams.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, ownership, and adaptability in driving project execution and long-term customer health.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management experience is preferred.

Perks of joining the team:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance
  • Life & Disability Insurance
  • 401(k) & Roth with 4% employer match (fully vested)
  • 20 Days PTO
  • 8 Weeks Parental Leave
  • 8 Company Holidays
  • Remote Work Environment
