Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with deep expertise in PTC Windchill PLM to lead enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations, architecture, integrations, and data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale greenfield Windchill implementations and integration with CAD, ERP, and manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise PLM architecture, technical standards, governance, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end Windchill architecture, implementation, and technical solution design.
• Architect integrations between Windchill, CAD tools, ERP/MES systems, ThingWorx, and Navigate.
• Lead legacy PLM data migration, data cleansing, validation, and governance using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and ETL tools.
• Design solutions for BOM management, engineering and manufacturing BOM synchronization, change management, and configuration management.
• Define API strategies and integration patterns using REST, OData, Info*Engine, and middleware platforms.
• Establish environment, deployment, and CI/CD strategies for Windchill implementations.
• Oversee performance tuning, scalability, security, metadata frameworks, and access control.
• Lead architecture reviews, manage technical risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Oversee UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in PLM solutions, including 10+ years of hands-on PTC Windchill architecture and implementation.
• Proven experience leading at least one large-scale greenfield Windchill implementation; multiple implementations preferred.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end PLM data migration and CAD/ERP integration workstreams.
• Expertise in Windchill PDMLink, MPMLink, PartLink, BOM Management, Change and Configuration Management, Supplier Management, and Document Management.
• Experience integrating Windchill with Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, SAP, ERP/MES, ThingWorx, and Navigate.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, REST APIs, OData, Info*Engine, middleware, Oracle/SQL Server, LDAP/Active Directory, and Apache Tomcat.
• Experience with Windchill clustering, performance optimization, scalability, security, and access control.
• Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, product development, and digital thread environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
