We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and building technology that makes a meaningful business impact.

What You'll Build

Develop, maintain, and improve Kshm's website and digital products.

Build fast, responsive, and scalable applications across the frontend and backend.

Collaborate with design, marketing, operations, and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Integrate APIs, payment gateways, shipping partners, and internal business tools.

Optimise website speed, performance, security, and overall customer experience.

Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) through A/B testing, user behaviour analysis, landing page improvements, and checkout optimisation to increase conversions and reduce drop-offs.

Own features end-to-end, from development and testing to deployment and maintenance.

Write clean, maintainable code and continuously improve development workflows.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably with a D2C brand or e-commerce business.

Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and modern web application architecture.

Experience with Git, version control, and deployment workflows.

Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, website performance, and conversion rate optimisation.

A proactive problem-solver who values ownership, speed, and code quality.

You'll Stand Out If You Have

Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.

Experience integrating payment gateways, CRMs, shipping platforms, and third-party services.

Knowledge of website analytics, A/B testing, and e-commerce conversion funnels.

A strong eye for performance, user experience, and scalable engineering practices.
