About the job
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of relevant IT experience, with substantial hands-on experience in master data management.
- Strong, recent hands-on experience implementing IBM InfoSphere MDM, preferably Standard Edition.
- Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM configuration, customization, implementation, and integration.
- Strong understanding of MDM architecture, data models, matching and merging, data quality, and data governance.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Python, and shell scripting.
- Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, joins, DML, and DDL.
- Experience working with DB2, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with MDM services, APIs, ETL processes, and enterprise data integration.
- Working knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and production-support skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM Standard Edition implementations.
- Experience integrating MDM solutions with enterprise applications and heterogeneous data sources.
- Familiarity with data migration, data reconciliation, and master data synchronization.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern integration architectures.
