Role Overview

We are seeking AI Engineers to design and build production-grade GenAI applications, agentic workflows, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems for leading Retail and B2C Retail enterprises.

You will work hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, BigQuery, Agent Compute, and modern LLM ecosystems to deliver enterprise AI solutions embedded directly within client environments.

This is an on‑site role in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI & Agentic Systems

• Build enterprise-grade GenAI applications using Python and modern orchestration frameworks.
• Develop agentic workflows and multi-step reasoning systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and tool‑calling architectures.
• Implement RAG pipelines, semantic retrieval, and vector search systems for enterprise knowledge discovery.
• Design conversational memory, session management, and reliability workflows for production AI systems.

Cloud-Native Engineering (GCP)

• Work extensively within GCP, including:
• Vertex AI (Gemini models, embeddings, pipelines, monitoring)
• BigQuery (feature stores, semantic retrieval, analytics)
• Agent Compute (agentic execution environments)
• Build and deploy cloud-native AI pipelines using GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and containerized workflows.

Application Development

• Develop APIs and enterprise applications using FastAPI, Streamlit, and React.
• Integrate foundational LLMs such as Gemini Enterprise, OpenAI, and other enterprise-grade models.
• Ensure solutions meet client technical standards, security requirements, and scalability expectations.

Retail Domain Impact

• Build AI experiences supporting merchandising, customer engagement, retail operations, and digital commerce.
• Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions in partnership with client stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science.
• Hands-on experience building production GenAI applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python, LLM orchestration frameworks, and vector search systems.
• Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, and cloud-native deployment workflows.
• Experience building agentic systems, RAG architectures, and semantic retrieval.
• Retail, Fashion Retail, or B2C Commerce domain exposure strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
