FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting records, evaluating financial performance, and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets. As a Financial Controller, you will lead the finance team and work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that support the company’s goals. Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital

*Requirements*

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or relevant field; CPA or CMA preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
