What you’ll be doing

As AI Architect you would work on cutting-edge healthcare transformation programs involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, multi-agent frameworks, cloud-native AI platforms, and responsible AI governance. This is an opportunity to influence architecture decisions, define AI strategy, and drive innovation from concept to production.

Responsibilities: -

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions on AWS, leveraging services like SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and related components.
• Develop and evaluate Generative AI models (LLMs) for healthcare use cases, ensuring accuracy, groundedness, and reliability.
• Create validation frameworks for LLM outputs, including automated evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Optimize workflows for scalability and performance in AWS environments.
• Document processes, lessons learned and provide clear technical recommendations. Required Skills:
• Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Textract, etc.)
• GenAI/LLM Knowledge: Deep understanding of evaluation metrics (accuracy, groundedness), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Data Science Fundamentals: Solid grasp of predictive modeling, statistical accuracy, rank ordering, and performance metrics.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and AWS SDKs.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to articulate trade-offs, lessons learned and propose improvements.
• Communication: Clear and structured explanation of technical concepts.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Or any Bachelors Degree
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
