Rozgoo is building a faster way for people to find and get jobs. We’re looking for someone ambitious who can identify creators, bring them onboard, lead their content, and turn creator partnerships into real user growth.

What you’ll do

• Discover and recruit influencers and content creators across social platforms.
• Own creator outreach, onboarding, communication, and relationship management.
• Lead content ideas, briefs, publishing schedules, and creative direction.
• Track performance and turn successful campaigns into repeatable growth.
• Build and improve our creator partnership program from scratch.

Who should apply?

Someone who takes ownership, communicates well, thinks creatively, and executes without waiting to be told what to do. Prior experience is useful, but initiative, consistency, and results matter more.

The opportunity

• 6-month probation: An opportunity to earn equity based on performance and agreed terms.
• Full-time conversion: Potential annual compensation of $6,000–$8,000, subject to performance and conversion terms.
• Direct ownership of a growth channel at an early-stage startup.
• Work closely with the founder and build something from the ground up.
